18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged between 18 years (inclusive) and 65 years (exclusive). 2.Obstetrical or gynecological inpatients undergoing elective surgery under general anesthesia or intraspinal anesthesia. 3.Volunteering to use postoperative patient-controlled intravenous analgesia. 4.Volunteering to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Emergency operation patient. 2.Patients with ASA grade = IV. 3.Patients with central nervous system diseases. 4.Patients with chronic painful disease. 5.Patients who take anti-inflammatory and/or analgesic drugs for a long time. 6.Patients who are allergic to postoperative analgesics or have contraindications for their use.
