Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 18-80 years old; (2) Consideration of preoperative clinical diagnosis: hilar cholangiocarcinoma, non-hilar cholangiocarcinoma, cholangiocarcinoma, IgG4-related cholangitis, unexplained biliary stricture (IBS), primary sclerosing cholangitis, benign biliary tract Stenosis, common bile duct stones, intrahepatic bile duct stones, cystic duct stones, residual cystic duct stones after cholecystectomy, gallbladder stones, gallbladder polyps, gallbladder cancer, pancreatic duct stones, IPMN.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Severe underlying diseases, ERCP and choledochoscopy have higher risks; (2) less than 18 years old or more than 80 years old; (3) There are serious contraindications to anesthesia.
