18 Years to 45 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the following entry criteria for the observation group or the control group (observation group: (1) meet the diagnostic criteria for subthreshold depression; (2) Epidemiological Research Center for Depression (CES-D) score = 16 points; (3) Hamilton-17-item Depression Scale (HAMD-17) score: 7 points=HAMD-17<17 points. Control group: (1) CES-D<16 points; (2) HAMD-17<7 points; (3) Health check-up report within 3 months can be provided); 2. 18 years old = age < 45 years old, gender is not limited; 3. Live in Jinan for more than 1 year; 4. Be able to actively cooperate with this research and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The third item in HAMD-17 is =3 points; 2. Drinking antibiotics, probiotics and other drugs affecting intestinal flora or fermented products such as yogurt within the past month; 3. Suffering from serious physical diseases, especially gastrointestinal diseases 4. Participating in other clinical trials; 5. Pregnant and lactating women; 6. People with special diets.
