Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the International Classification of Diseases, Eleventh Revision (ICD-11), published by the World Health Organization, criteria for patients with mobile game addiction. The following 9 symptoms in the last 12 months, at least 5 of which are satisfied: completely focused on the game; when stopping the game, symptoms such as difficulty, anxiety, irritability, etc.; gradually increasing the time spent playing the game; unable to reduce the time spent playing the game and unable to quit the game; giving up other activities and losing interest in other previous hobbies; still focused on the game even though they understand the impact of the game on them; hiding from family or others that they play the game time; relieving negative emotions, such as guilt and despair, by playing games; losing or potentially losing work and social life because of gaming. 2. 12 to 18 years of age. 3. able to complete informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have serious physical diseases, such as heart disease; 2. Meet the ICD-11 diagnostic criteria for other mental illnesses other than mobile game addiction; 3. Have a history of suicidal ideation and behavior.
