18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) 18-85 years old; 2) Patients in intensive care unit; 3) Estimated length of ICU stay =72h; 4) Able to communicate in Chinese; 5) Give informed consent and sign an agreement to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Severe dementia or acute or subacute severe neurological dysfunction or injury; 2) Serious mental illness (excluding depression) or developmental problems; 3) Suspected or confirmed drug or alcohol poisoning/overdose or withdrawal stage; 4) Uncorrected or severe impairment of hearing or vision; 5) Coma and/or hypothermia after cardiac arrest; 6) Refusal by the attending doctor or medical team;
