Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Dry eyes. a. Age 18-50 years b. OSDI score = 13 c. FBUT = 5s or NIBUT = 10s 2) Herpes simplex virus keratitis a. Age 18-50 years b. Positive viral HSVDNA by PCR or effective antiviral therapy 3) Allergic conjunctivitis a. Age 18-50 years b. Eye-itching, may be accompanied by foreign body sensation, increased discharge from the conjunctival capsule c. Conjunctival congestion, conjunctival papillae, at least one characteristic of corneal atopic lesions 4) Recurrent corneal erosion a. Age 18-50 years b. characteristic damage to the corneal epithelium c. The patients are recurrent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) History of eye-trauma, eye surgery (including refractive surgery) within 3 months. 2) Wearing contact lenses still 2 weeks prior to the examination 3) Use of eye related medication within 2 hours prior to examination. 4)combined definite autoimmune disease or use of immunosuppressive drugs within 1 month. 5)Patients who are concurrently enrolled in any other clinical trial. 6)Subjects who, in the judgment of the investigator, may have a systemic disease that makes them unsuitable for participation in this study. 7) Each ocular surface disease. Dry eye: current presence of any of the following ocular diseases: acute allergic conjunctivitis; infectious diseases of the ocular surface (including bacterial, viral, protozoan or fungal infections, etc.); inflammatory conditions (e.g.: retinitis, uveitis, sclerenitis, keratitis, etc.). Herpes simplex virus keratitis: any of the following diseases are currently present: bacterial keratitis, fungal keratitis, allergy, corneal dystrophy. Allergic conjunctivitis: current presence of any of the following ocular diseases: infectious diseases of the ocular surface (including bacterial, viral, protozoan or fungal infections, etc.). Recurrent corneal erosion: current presence of any of the following ocular diseases: inflammatory diseases (e.g.: retinitis, uveitis, scleritis, etc.).
