Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ?The patient's age is =18 years old; ?For patients who were diagnosed with pulmonary nodules by imaging and recommended by the doctor for follow-up observation, the diagnosis of all pulmonary nodules must comply with the "Chinese Expert Consensus on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Pulmonary Nodules (2018 Edition)"; ? No visual impairment, hearing impairment, or cognitive impairment; ?Good communication and understanding skills, able to fill in the questionnaire independently or with the explanation of the researcher; ? The patients signed the informed consent and voluntarily participated in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ?Have a history of mental illness and personality disorder, and take anti-anxiety and depression drugs for a long time; ? Those who have ever been diagnosed with lung cancer or suspected of having lung metastases from other malignant tumors or have other malignant tumors; ?A major family or personal event occurred three months before the start of the study that affected the emotional state, such as bereavement, divorce, unemployment, major family economic problems, etc.
