Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Medical students who choose to take the Sleep Medicine elective course agree to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Did not agree to participate in the study, failed to complete 90% of the courses of the sleep medicine elective, and failed to attend the insomnia course.
