Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)ASA I-II (2)Aged 18 to 70 years old (3)BMI 18-28kg/mg (4)Patients with intermuscular sulcus brachial plexus block surgery indication (5)Patients voluntarily participated and signed the informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)Allergic to local anesthetics (2)Injection site infection (3)Diseases of the coagulation system (4)Abnormal cardiopulmonary function (5)Severe liver and kidney insufficiency (6)Ipsilateral upper limb neurosensory and motor dysfunction (7)Continued use of analgesics for the last three months (8)Pregnant and lactating women (9)Persons with intellectual disabilities and language communication disorders
