Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: =65 years old; Meet the diagnostic criteria of CAP; Agree to take samples for mNGS technical pathogen detection; Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: With other diseases at the end stage, the expected survival time is less than 3 months; Included in other studies and conflict with this study.
