Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria of knee osteoarthritis group: (1) In line with the diagnostic criteria of the guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of osteoarthritis (2018 Edition): 1. Repeated knee pain in the past month; 2. X-ray (standing position or weight-bearing position) shows narrowing of joint space, subchondral bone sclerosis and / or cystic change, and osteophyte formation at the edge of the joint; 3. Age = 50 years old; 4. Morning stiffness time = 30 minutes, bone rubbing (feeling) during activity, meeting the diagnostic criteria 1+ (any 2 of 2, 3, 4, 5) can diagnose knee osteoarthritis. (2) The anteroposterior and lateral radiographs of the knee joint exclude knee fracture, tumor destruction, tuberculosis and other diseases. (3) VAS (knee pain) = 3 points. (4) Age = 80 years old. 2 inclusion criteria of simple chronic low back pain group (1) There is pain in the lumbar 1-5 vertebral region, sacral spine or the junction between sacral 1 and sacrococcygeal region, vas = 3 points; (2) The course of disease is greater than or equal to 3 months. 3 inclusion criteria of comorbid group: (1) Meet the inclusion criteria of the simple arthritis group; (2) Meet the above inclusion criteria of chronic low back pain group 2.1.7 inclusion criteria for healthy controls: (1) Matched with the age of the case group; (2) No history of knee and spine surgery, trauma, knee osteoarthritis, chronic low back pain; (3) Can walk independently, and the activities of all joints are normal

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 exclusion criteria of simple knee osteoarthritis group: (1) Unable to walk independently, unable to participate in the study due to dysfunction; (2) Knee pain caused by trauma; (3) History of knee surgery; (4) History of rheumatoid arthritis; 2 exclusion criteria for simple chronic low back pain group (1) Waist pain caused by trauma; (2) History of spinal surgery; (3) Lead to organic diseases of lumbar pain (such as fracture, tumor, infection, rheumatoid arthritis, cauda equina syndrome, lumbar spondylolisthesis, spinal deformity, autoimmune diseases); Only when there are serious or progressive nervous system defects or serious nervous system diseases are highly suspected, lumbar MRI can be performed to exclude organic diseases. (4) There is knee osteoarthritis. 3 exclusion criteria of comorbidity group: (1) Meet the exclusion criteria of simple knee osteoarthritis group (1) ~ (7); (2) Meet the exclusion criteria of simple chronic low back pain group (1) ~ (3). (5) There are dyskinesia diseases, such as stroke, spinal cord injury, peripheral nerve injury, etc; (6) Previous history of knee surgery; (7) People with serious cardiovascular and respiratory diseases, cognitive disorders, mental disorders and psychological disorders; (8) Accompanied by chronic low back pain 4 exclusion criteria for healthy controls: (1) Those with obvious abnormal body structure (such as X-shaped legs, O-shaped legs, etc.); (2) Suffering from serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and psychological and mental disorders; (3) People with kennel skeletal muscle disease or dysfunction that may cause gait abnormalities.
