22 Years to 35 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Women aged 22-35 ,between 42 days and 6 months after vaginal delivery; 2. Sexual life history, vulva pain, pain during intercourse and other symptoms; 3. Muscle pain map of genital area [1] VAS score (Muscle pain in genitourinary area plotted by Jantos Total VAS score of 20 trigger points) =3 points; 4. After =1 month of conservative treatment, the efficacy was not significant; 5. Agree to participate in the program, do not accept other treatment outside the program.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy; 2. Have a history of pelvic organ tumors or other organic diseases; No effusion in pelvic cavity was detected by B-ultrasonography. 3. Patients with a history of pelvic floor surgery; 4. Previous medical history of heart, liver, kidney, gastrointestinal and endocrine diseases; 5. A history of neurological or psychiatric problems. Those who meet any of the above criteria are excluded. 6. Vulvitis, vaginal infection, endometriosis, uterine fibroids, chronic pelvic lesions lead to sexual pain. Conforming to Any of the above items is excluded.
