Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Patients met the Diagnostic criteria of cerebrovascular diseases in China (version 2019):1. Acute onset; 2. Focal neurological deficit or comprehensive neurological deficit; 3. Cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage is confirmed by CT or MRI; ? Within one year of the onset (1 day to 365 days); ? Aged above 18 years old, no gender limitation; ? Patients have stable vital signs and can complete routine post-stroke rehabilitation assessment;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? There are serious or uncontrollable hypertension, severe cardiac insufficiency, severe infection (pneumonia, etc.), diabetic ketosis, frequent epilepsy, and other diseases that the clinician believes can lead to deterioration in the evaluation process; ? There are uncontrolled clinical situations (hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism, severe liver and kidney impairment, acute activity of rheumatic diseases, electrolyte disorder, severe anemia, etc.); ? The patient participated in other clinical trials;
