Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)Assess respiratory risk in surgical patients in CataloniaARRSPC scores =45 (2)BMI=30 (3)mild and severe asthma (4)mild and severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (5)Smoking over 20 packets cigarettes per year

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)Metastasis of malignant tumor or primary pulmonary malignant tumor. (2)Pulmonary operation history or radiotherapy history (3)Intestinal rescetion in same operation
