Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?Age =18 years old ?Diagnosed as malignant tumor ?PICC is placed by specialist nurses in the PICC outpatient department of our hospital ?Regularly come to our hospital for maintenance ?Patients and their families know and voluntarily participate in this study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Confused and unable to communicate normally
