Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The patient voluntarily participates in the trial and signs an informed consent form; 2.The age = 20 years; 3.The physical condition allows subcutaneous injection of Evolocumab Injection(Repatha).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Previous history includes secondary causes of hyperlipidemia or mixed dyslipidemia, such as nephrotic syndrome and hypothyroidism; 2. Lactating or pregnancy; 3. Previous history of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease or tumor disease; 4. Using PCSK9 inhibitors within 1 month before enrollment; 5. Participation in another clinical trial within 6 months; 6. Allergy to PCSK9 inhibitors.
