18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) 18 years old= age = 75 years old, gender is not limited; (2) BMI index > 24 or male waist circumference = 90 cm, female waist circumference = 85 cm; (3) Understand and have the ability to sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Regular (at least 3 times a week) medium, high-intensity exercise= 30 minutes / day and /or) leisure sports (such as square dancing, etc.) = 30 minutes / day (2) sports experiments and sports training contraindications: such as unstable vital signs including active bleeding, acute inflammatory manifestations of infection, severe pain and severe uncontrollable arrhythmias, uncontrolled hypertension (> 160/90mmHg), onset of acute coronary syndrome within 6 weeks, acute heart failure, Progressive deterioration of exercise tolerance within 1 week or dyspnea at rest and / or concomitant acute and chronic diseases of the main organs and failure; (3) Cognitive impairment and /or) mental illness that hinders understanding and participation in the pilot program; (4) Physical mobility impairment and/or disability inability to intervene in exercise prescription; (5) Have participated in other pilot projects.
