Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Age =18 years; ? Patients undergoing endotracheal intubation and general anesthesia for bariatric surgery; ? American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Class I-III; ? Good communication and understanding skills

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?Patients with visual impairment before surgery; ? Weight loss patients transferred to ICU with endotracheal tube under general anesthesia; ? Patients with mental abnormalities and unstable symptoms, drug abuse and drug abuse history; ? Patients in need of rescue during perioperative period
