25 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Age 25-45 years old; ? The results of colposcopy were satisfactory. The pathological diagnosis of cervical biopsy was Low-grade squamous intraepithelial lesion (LSIL) and high risk human?papillomaviru infection (HR-HPV) . The lesion site was in the cervicovaginal part, and the lesion area was less than 75%. ? Have plans to have children again ? Agreed to attend in the study, and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Acute or subacute genital tract infection; ? Malignant mesonephric tumo; ? History of hysterectomy and pelvic radiotherapy; ?History of cervical resection, cervical ablation or drug therapy; ? Pregnant and breastfeeding women; ? Uncontrolled diabetes, hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism; ? Severe cardiovascular, brain, lung, liver and kidney dysfunction; ? Who did not agree with the treatment plan; not available for follow-up ? Immune system disease or taking immunosuppressive drugs. ? The participants were deemed unfit to participate in the study.
