Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? From June 2022 to June 2024, undergraduate and junior college nursing students engaged in clinical practice in a tertiary hospital in Beijing; ? Volunteer to participate in this study; ? No systematic training experience in mindfulness related courses

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Having serious illness or other special circumstances and unable to complete the internship arrangement on time; ? Can not participate in 4 classes or above.
