19 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.From January 1, 2018 to August 31, 2021; 2.Patients who was older than 18; 3.Patients who underwent pancreaticoduodenectomy with portal vein resection and reconstruction in Huashan Hospital; 4.Patients whose pathological type of cancer was pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma; 5.Clinical and follow-up data were complete.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Non-pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma; 2.Incomplete clinical and follow-up data; 3.Patients refused to participate in the study.
