Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Currently diagnosed as ulcerative colitis or irritable bowel syndrome. 2. Be able to strictly abide by the requirements of probiotic taking. Take one package, three times a day, and take it directly orally half an hour after three meals. Take it with purified water. Taboo: drinking alcohol. 3. Voluntary participation and cooperation (for example: stool and serum sample collection, regular follow-up, providing data during taking, etc.), and being able to sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.indeterminate colitis,suspected IBD 2.refuse to participate in the experimental investigation
