Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) 30 to 60 years old, 18.5kg / m2 = BMI = 30kg / m2; (2) It conforms to the definition of prediabetes patients in the expert consensus on prediabetes intervention in Chinese adults (2020 Edition): that is, those who meet any of the following two points: ? impaired fasting glucose (IFG): 6.1mmol/l = fasting glucose < 7mmol/l and 2h OGTT <7.8mmol/l; ? Impaired glucose tolerance (IGT): fasting blood glucose < 7mmol/l and 7.8mmol/l = 2h OGTT < 11.1 mmol / L; (3) Muscle strength of limbs = level 4 (able to resist medium load and have complete range of motion); (4) Irregular exercise habits before participating in this study (regular exercise time per week has accumulated more than 1h in the past three months); (5) Have and be able to operate smart phones skillfully; (6) Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) After pre exercise screening, patients with high risk of exercise or exercise contraindications are not suitable for exercise intervention (2) Patients who have been diagnosed with diabetes or have used hypoglycemic drugs such as metformin to prevent diabetes (3) Patients with malignant tumors; (4) Combined with mental, neurological, skeletal and muscular diseases that cannot complete exercise; (5) Combined with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases: arrhythmia (frequent ventricular premature beats, ventricular tachycardia, degree II, type II and degree III atrioventricular block, uncontrolled atrial tachycardia, mural thrombosis, ventricular aneurysm, dysfunction or rupture of cardiac papillary muscle, severe sinus bradycardia and sinus arrest, etc.), heart failure, moderate to severe stenotic heart valve disease, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy or other forms of outflow tract stenosis Acute myocarditis, pericarditis, active endocarditis, suspected or known aneurysm rupture, acute pulmonary embolism or pulmonary infarction, history of cardiac arrest, etc. Secondary hypertension, or reach the diagnostic criteria of primary hypertension but the condition is not controlled (resting blood pressure >160/100 mmHg); (6) Complicated with symptomatic or diagnosed lung and kidney diseases; (7) Complicated with acute non cardiogenic diseases (such as infection, fever, renal failure, hyperthyroidism, etc.); (8) Unexplained dizziness, chest pain, shortness of breath, palpitations, etc; (9) Pregnant women; (10) Patients who have taken diet pills in recent 3 months ß Receptor agonists (excluding inhalants), oral corticosteroids, antidepressants or antipsychotics.
