Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Pathologically confirmed esophageal cancer, including squamous and adenocarcinoma; 2.Aged = 18 years, including both male and female; 3.Had blood samples as negative control for gene sequencing; 4.Had at least one measurable lesion; 5.Had at least two tumor samples obtained by endoscopic biopsy; 6.Patients voluntary for the study and had written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Have serious concurrent illness including but not limited to uncontrolled hypertension, hepatitis B, hepatitis C and HIV infection; 2.Had a history of alcohol or substance abuse; 3.History of other malignancies except esophageal cancer; 4.Others unsuitable for inclusion evaluated by the researchers.
