Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?Elderly patients undergoing elective general anesthesia and non-central nervous system surgery ?Age =60 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Combined with severe neurological disease or cerebral infarction in key parts; ? Combined with severe mental illness; ? Previous severe heart, lung, liver, kidney and other important organ failure; ? Uncontrollable hypertension, arrhythmia, severe coronary heart disease , poor control of diabetic complications;
