Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients older than 60 years who underwent open-heart surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? The patient temporarily refused surgery and refused to participate in the experiment ? The patient was complicated with atelectasis, pneumonia and respiratory failure before surgery ? Emergency surgery or secondary surgery ? Liver and kidney dysfunction before surgery ?
