Inclusion criteria: ?Diagnosis meets the criteria for metabolic syndrome. ?Age 18-70 years old, regardless of gender. ?Those who can adhere to a controlled diet and appropriate exercise. ?Voluntary signing of the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ?Patients with allergies or tea allergy. ?obesity and disorders of glucolipid metabolism caused by certain drugs. ?Women preparing for pregnancy, pregnancy or lactation. ?Patients with psychiatric disorders and patients with poor compliance. ? Patients with type 1 diabetes mellitus; or those with fasting glucose >13 mmol/L, systolic blood pressure =160 mmHg, and/or diastolic blood pressure =100 mmHg; TG =5.7 mmol/L; ?
