Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients who plan to undergo elective surgery; 2) Age = 18 years old 3) BMI 18-32kg/m2 4) ASA grade I-II; 5) Preoperative routine fasting water.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Previous history of gastrointestinal surgery; 2) Combined with serious cardiopulmonary disease and liver and kidney function injury; Serious metabolic diseases, nervous system diseases, malignant tumors, gastrointestinal diseases; 3) Taking drugs that affect gastrointestinal function within 1 year before operation; 4) Unable to cooperate in pain and cognitive scoring.
