Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Postoperative patients with lung cancer Oxygen 2l/min SPO2<95% or mechanical ventilation (oxygen concentration 60%) SPO2<99% Oxygenation index calculated by blood gas analysis <300

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: subcutaneous emphysema renal insufficiency Preoperative COPD
