Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with preoperative fine-needle aspiration pathologically confirmed PTC. (2) Patients undergoing lymph node dissection (including prophylactic central lymph node dissection and therapeutic lymph node dissection). (3) Patients with complete clinical information. (4) Patients voluntarily participate in the experiment and sign the informed consent form for the experiment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Postoperative pathological examination confirms the tumor is not PTC. (2) Postoperative pathological examination can not determine the diagnosis of the dissected lymph node. (3) Postoperative pathological examination confirms that the tissue used in FNA-Tg is not lymph node tissue. (4) Patients who refuse to participate in the experiment or refuse to sign the informed consent form.
