20 Years to 60 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1).20-60 years old. 2).HER-2-positive breast cancer diagnosed by percutaneous core needle puncture biopsy and immunohistochemical staining. 3).Proposed neoadjuvant therapy with TCbHP or THP regimen. 4).Without use of antibiotics 3 months before the first neoadjuvant therapy. 5).Without history of constipation or diarrhea 2 weeks before the first neoadjuvant therapy. 6).Written informed consent should be obtained from all participants.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1). Suffering from diseases of the intestinal tract. 2). Suffering from infectious diseases (HIV, tuberculosis, syphilis, etc.). 3). Suffering from metabolic diseases such as diabetes mellitus. 4). Patients with liver or kidney insufficiency. 5). Pregnant or lactant patients. 6). Those with poor compliance, as judged by the combination.
