Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with spinal cord injury. Diagnostic criteria: 1 accorded with ISNCSCI clinical diagnosis, 2 spinal cord injury was confirmed by MRI examination. Inclusion criteria: 1. Complete clinical data; 2. Stable condition, clear consciousness, no cognitive impairment, able to tolerate 60 min training and evaluation; 3. Adults, over 18 years old; 4. Course of disease within 24 months; 5. No invasive treatment such as Botox injection and surgery before and during treatment; 6. Junior high school education or above; 7. Underwater treadmill walking training, no vestibular dysfunction, no hydrophobia experience. 8. The dominant leg was clear; 9. The patients or their families agreed to participate in the study and sign the informed consent form. Normal subjects. Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult, over 18 years old; 2. Clear dominant legs; 3. Being able to take part in the test for about 60min; 4. Education level above junior high school; 5. No vestibular dysfunction, no hydrophobia experience; 6. Normal muscle strength, ROM, no lower limb deformities, etc.; 7. No history of drug and alcohol dependence, no serious liver and kidney function diseases, no other mental disorders; 8. Agreed to participate in the study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with spinal cord injury. 1. Unstable vital signs; 2. Contraindications for underwater treadmill walking training: open wounds or infections, skin injuries or skin diseases (such as eczema, etc.), acute infections (such as osteomyelitis, etc.), vascular diseases (such as thrombosis or phlebitis), infectious diseases, etc.; 3. Patients with other major diseases and serious dysfunction of important organs, such as heart, lung, liver, kidney, and other organ diseases or failure. 4. Patients with serious mental and psychological problems; 5. Patients with other serious injuries such as brain trauma, cognitive or speech impairment, unable to understand and carry out orders; 6. Other clinical problems that affect the results of the assessment, such as recent or unhealed fractures, vestibular diseases, etc.; 7. Patients or their families refused to participate in the researcher. Normal subjects. The test cannot be completed when there are events that affect the experiment results while waiting for the test.
