Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with hypertension and perfect ambulatory blood pressure in outpatient department.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Secondary hypertension; 2. Acute coronary syndrome; 3. Severe renal insufficiency (eGFR<30 ml/min); 4. History of cardiac surgery; 5. Diseases of the immune system and blood system; 6. Acute infections or chronic inflammatory diseases; 7. Malignant tumor; 8. The presence of life-limiting diseases; 9. Inability or unwillingness to sign informed consent.
