Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of stroke(including Ischemic stroke, hemorrhagic stroke, and subarachnoid hemorrhage)and the patient's condition is stable; 2. Ages 18 to 80; 3. Self-report or family report the difficulty in completing instrumental activities of daily living, such as medication management, telephone usage, financial management, etc.; 4. The participants should finish primary school or above, with basic reading and writing skills; 5. Sign the Informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous history of other central nervous system diseases; 2. Accompanied by malignant or rapidly progressing disease; 3. Unable to cooperate or tolerate the trial.
