Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Birth gestational age >= 32 weeks; 2. Those who have passed the newborn hearing screening; 3. Apgar score > 7 at 1 and 5 minutes after birth; 4. Need femoral vein puncture for the blood test.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The family of the patient refuses the participant; 2. Those who use muscle relaxants, sedatives, and analgesics within 24 hours before blood collection; 3. Those who failed the hearing screening; 4. Incomplete data collection; 5. Critically ill patients.
