Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Indications for PCNL surgery met; 2. Single stone >= 2.0 cm maximum diameter; 3. Age 18-80 years, regardless of gender; 4. Sign the study informed consent form and agree to participate in all study visits.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Renal transplant patients; 2. Patients with impaired cardiac, hepatic, renal, and respiratory function or other serious diseases; 3. Patients with uncontrolled severe urinary tract infections; 4. Patients with uncorrected coagulation dysfunction; 5. Pregnant or lactating women; 6. Patients with psychiatric disorders; 7. Those who have not signed the informed consent form; (8) Any other patients who are not suitable for entry into the study.
