Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with confirmed intracranial injury diagnosed by imaging, including epidural or subdural hematoma, cerebral contusion, cerebral parenchyma hemorrhage, or traumatic subarachnoid hemorrhage; 2. Age > 14 years old; 3. Patients diagnosed with hypokalemia (serum potassium level below 3.5mmol/L) from admission to the first postoperative day.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of hepatic or renal insufficiency; 2. Long-term use of diuretics or corticosteroids; 3. Diabetes mellitus, pituitary tumor, or craniopharyngioma; 4. Serious infection, hemodynamic instability, or hypoemia Volume shock (systolic blood pressure <= 90 mm Hg, or diastolic blood pressure <= 50 mm Hg); 5. Frequent diarrhea before admission.
