Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Shoulder arthroscopy is planned, the American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status ?-?, aged between 18 and 75 years, the anesthesia is general anesthesia with interscalene brachial plexus block.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Distorted neck anatomy,unwillingness to complete the experimental procedures.
