Interventions

A group:The pillow was removed in supine position, and the laryngeal mask was removed for 2 hours
B group:In a 15° semi-decubitus position, raise the head of bed 15° 5min after removing the laryngeal mask
C group:In semi-decubitus position at 30°, raise the head of bed at 30° 5min after removing the laryngeal mask
D group:In the progressive semi-decubitus position, the head of the bed was raised 15° 5min after removing the laryngeal mask, and 30° 1 hour after removing the laryngeal mask
