Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years, both sexes, able to tolerate surgery; 2. Patients undergoing percutaneous nephroscopy; 3. Have kidney CT data; 4. The affected kidney has not undergone extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy, ureteroscopy or other surgical treatment; 5. Those who voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Uncontrollable systemic hemorrhagic diseases; 2. Severe spinal deformity, severe hip deformity, difficult lithotomy position; 3. Uncontrolled urinary tract infection; 4. Endovascular surgery cannot be performed due to any urological anatomical factors; 5. pregnant, planned pregnancy within 3 months, and lactating female patients; 6. Patients with severe cardiopulmonary and brain diseases who cannot tolerate surgery; 7. The patient was judged by the investigator to be unsuitable for this study.
