Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who were confirmed to be in need of centralized medical isolation after the epidemiological investigation of the new coronavirus pneumonia; 2. Male or female patients aged over 18, inclusive(>= 18).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a positive result on a nucleic acid test, diagnosed as asymptomatic infection or confirmed case of new coronavirus pneumonia; 2. Patients with a positive result on a nucleic acid test on the day of entering the isolation point; 3. Staff and volunteers at the isolation point; 4. Covid-19 patients were isolated after they turned to negative result on a nucleic acid test; 5. Stranded personnel.
