Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. No restrictions on gender, aged 5-70 years; 2. Latissimus dorsi spasm is caused by brain trauma, stroke, cerebral palsy, and other central injuries; 3. The patients with latissimus dorsi spasm but no muscle contracture were treated with hyperselective neurectomy in latissimus dorsi; 4. Before the operation, the central injury was caused by various reasons the patient had reached a plateau.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with movement disorders, such as athetosis or dystonia; 2. Patients with mental disorders with difficulty in follow-up; 3. Incomplete or missing medical records.
