Intervention group :Pancreatic duct stent (pancreatic duct stent was placed when guide wire entered the pancreatic duct)

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18-89 years with native papilla and bile duct as the target duct were eligible for inclusion. Laboratory tests, including routine blood tests, liver function tests,and serum and urine amylase were required to be evaluated for eligibility.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a low risk of pancreatitis who did not need to place pancreatic duct stents; 2. The patient with acute pancreatitis; 3. Abnormal biliopancreatic confluence; 4. After Roux-EN-Y or Billroth-II gastrointestinal reconstruction surgery; 5. History of chronic pancreatitis; 6. Patients with contraindications of ERCP; 7. Patients with non-native papilla; 8. Pregnant women are also excluded.
