Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria for patient information needs analysis: (1) Aged >= 18 years; (2) According to the gynecological hysteroscopy diagnosis and treatment norms, meeting the indications for hysteroscopy examination or surgery, and requiring day hysteroscopy examination or treatment; (3) Good language expression and comprehension abilities. 2. Inclusion criteria for implementing education for medical and nursing staff: (1) Possession of a doctor/nurse professional qualification certificate; (2) Clinical work experience >= 5 years. 3. Inclusion criteria for the evaluation of the implementation plan's effectiveness (RCT): (1) Aged >= 18; (2) According to the gynecological hysteroscopy diagnosis and treatment norms, meeting the indications for hysteroscopy examination or surgery, and requiring day hysteroscopy examination or treatment; (3) First-time hysteroscopy surgery recipients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria for the analysis of information needs of surgical patients: (1) Unable to speak Mandarin or Cantonese; (2) Unable to participate in interviews. 2. Inclusion criteria for educating medical staff: (1) Non-hospital doctors/nurses, including interns, residents, and fellows. 3. Inclusion criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of the implementation plan (RCT) (1) Significant visual and auditory impairment, which may impair the patient's ability to fully comprehend the VR video; (2) Taking psychotropic drugs such as antidepressants and anti-anxiety drugs; (3) History of mental illness, suicidal tendencies, or material dependence; (4) Severe cognitive impairment; (5) IIliterate, can't speak Mandarin or Cantonese; (6) Felling dizzy when using VR equipment and can't finish VR intervention.
