Conditions

Interventions

Gold Standard:postoperatively, we observe the change in intraocular pressure and the degree of the anterior chamber opening
Index test:axial length, anterior chamber depth, refractive state etc.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Case selection: Angle-closure glaucoma patients who were treated in the Department of Ophthalmology Glaucoma of Tongji Hospital, Tongji Medical College, Huazhong University of Science and Technology; 2. Grouping: Patients with pupillary block and abnormal iris structure were included in the "primary atrial angle closure" group; patients with secondary factors (after inner eye surgery, inflammation, tumor, trauma, congenital malformations, etc.) caused by atrial angle closure were included in the "secondary atrial angle closure" group; 3. Diagnostic criteria for angle-closure glaucoma: anterior OCT or anterior chamber angioscopy suggests adhesion or adhesion closure of the peripheral atrial angle greater than or equal to 180°, with or without increased intraocular pressure (>= 21 mmHg, NCT), accompanied by optic nerve damage or atrophic changes.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those with ocular surface diseases are not suitable for ultrasound examination; those who do not meet the above diagnostic criteria; and patients with severe systemic chronic diseases.
