65 Years to 95 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient's age is 65 or older; 2. Elderly patients undergoing joint replacement under general anesthesia, including hip replacement and knee replacement; 3. ASA grade is I-III; 4. The estimated survival time is longer than 12 months; 5. Signed Informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Emergency surgery patients; 2. Hyperlipidemia or complicated with severe heart, lung, liver, and renal insufficiency; 3. Severe audio-visual impairment or communication difficulties; 4. Illiterate or undereducated, unable to complete scale test; 5. Mini-mental State Examination (MMSE) score < 24 or a history of dementia, neurological or mental illness for any reason; 6. Alcohol or drug abusers.
