18 Years to 30 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-30 years; 2. Subjects with grade III to IV acne (Chinese acne treatment guidelines 2019 revised edition); 3. No history of systemic diseases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Smokers, pregnant or breastfeeding; 2. Those who are allergic to probiotics; 3. History of drug: (1) Using isotretinoin within 6 months before the start of the study; (2) Patients who changed oral contraceptive therapy within 3 months before the start of the study; (3) Those who used probiotics (supplement or food enhancement) and oral antibiotics within 1 month before the start of the study; 4. Any other forms of local or systemic anti-acne treatment 1 month before the start of the study; 5. Any other skin diseases that hinder the evaluation of acne, such as folliculitis, rosacea; 6. Patients have active local or systemic infections, history of autoimmune diseases, or history of mental illness.
