Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Case group inclusion criteria. 1. Aged 18-60 years; 2. Gastric mucosal histopathological findings showing gastric mucosal leukoplakia, gastric polyps, gastric ulcers, chronic atrophic gastitis and intestinal metaplasia; 3. No antibiotics for at least 2 months; 4. No acid-suppressing drugs for at least 2 weeks; 5. Signed informed consent; 6. No cognitive impairment and normal communication; 7. Residents living in Hengyang city (the purpose of which is mainly to facilitate the second stage intervention subjects (the purpose is to facilitate the home follow-up of the second stage intervention subjects). Inclusion criteria for the control group. 1. Age 18-60 years old; 2. Those with normal gastric mucosa on electro-gastroscopy; 3. Those who had not taken antibiotics for at least 2 months; 4. Those who had not taken acid-suppressing drugs for at least 2 weeks; 5. Those who signed the informed consent form; 6. Those without cognitive impairment and with normal communication; 7. Those who lived in Hengyang city (the purpose was to facilitate home follow-up of the second-stage intervention subjects).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with chronic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, coronary heart disease with a history of long-term medication; 2. Patients with a history of esophageal and gastrointestinal surgery; 3. Patients with past or current malignant tumors of the gastrointestinal tract or other sites; 4. Patients who have taken hormones, immunosuppressants, chemotherapy drugs, etc., within 2 months; 5. Patients with bile reflux and gastric storage.
