Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: From October 2022 to June 2024, elderly patients, aged 50-90 years, ASA II-III, scheduled for cataract surgery in our hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients refused to participate in this trial; 2. Coagulation dysfunction; 3. Allergic anesthetics; 4. Morbid obesity; 5. Preoperative heart rate < 45 beats/min, atrioventricular block; 6. Difficult to cooperate; 7. High myopia, nystagmus, unstable fixation, pupil dilation disorder, need extracapsular cataract surgery, history of ocular trauma, posterior scleral staphyloma, posterior pathological condition, patients with capsular exfoliation syndrome.
