Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age-related cataract was diagnosed when the patient was older than 50 years old, according to the hardness classification of emery cataract nucleus, grade 0, grade 1 and grade 2 cases were included in this study; 2. Other inclusion criteria included the patient's ability to return for follow-up, preoperative corneal central endothelial cell density count greater than 1200 cells/mm2, and preoperative pupil dilation greater than 7 mm.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of internal ocular surgery, other eye diseases affecting visual acuity, such as diabetes retinopathy, progressive glaucoma, retinitis pigmentosa, age-related macular degeneration, uveitis, and optic neuropathy; 2. If the length of the patient's ocular axis is less than 22 mm, more than 28 mm, fragile lens zonule or lens subluxation are also excluded from this study.
